I am Polynesian and African American and have a family legacy of sports. I've enjoyed trying many sports, but eventually focused on gymnastics. I was an all-state gymnast. In the summer of 9th grade I decided to try out for high school volleyball. I made the team and immediately fell in love with volleyball. So I decided to try out for Club and I made the top 15's team. I learned and improved so much and loved volleyball even more. As a Sophomore, I played JV and Varsity. I'm now playing for Club V's top 16's team. My skills are improving at a really fast pace and I'm playing 5 days a week so I can reach my highest potential.
My goal is to play college volleyball. I can't imagine doing anything else. I believe I'll reach my goal if I keep working. I'm improving every day and I think I will be a great choice for many colleges. I think athletically and mentally I have what it takes. I have a calm and friendly personality and get along well with my coaches and team mates. I'm eager to learn and to be coached.
