From a very young age, sports have always been a very big part of my life. Having competed as a gymnast for ten years, I learned at a young age to be disciplined and dedicated in all areas of life. I am always motivated to work hard and am constantly striving to improve myself as a person and as an athlete.
When my career in gymnastics came to an end, volleyball quickly became my passion. My coordination and agility have helped me to excel on the volleyball court. I have been playing volleyball for seven years, and during that time I have been fortunate enough gain experience in several different positions including outside, right side, middle, and backrow. I hit with both my right and left hand, which makes me more versatile as a hitter. I have a high volleyball IQ that allows me to read the court well. I am also a track athlete, which enables me to be much faster than your average volleyball player.
My love and passion for volleyball paired with my athleticism and versatility make me an asset to any team. I look forward to achieving my goal of playing volleyball at the collegiate level.
