Growing up in a close family, my parents and grandparents have instilled the importance of high character, the need to give respect in order to be respected by others, and the requirement to commit the time/work to succeed at anything. I have been a student athlete for as far back as I can remember, playing multiple sports and performing at a high level in the classroom. There are college academic goals and professional aspirations that I will achieve. However, I continue to have a strong, lifelong passion for basketball, and another goal is to play basketball at the highest level possible, while pursuing my academic and professional aspirations.
