Tiffany Carr '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello College Coaches, I am Tiffany Carr, 2025 setter (defensive specialist), from Windsor, Va. I play for Windsor High School Varsity team and Coastal Hampton Roads out of Newport News, Va. I have played volleyball since 5th grade and quickly fell in love with the sport. Over the years I have switched from multiple positions, then had my shot at setting and have not gone back since. When I go to practices I always go in with an open mind to learn new ways to get better, and I also want to have fun. So I go into every practice and game trying to uplift my team and hype them up for the short period that we are with each other during the week, and it makes us feel more like a family. Academically I try to have a good balance between both volleyball and school which requires good time management between my school/homework and then heading to practice. I want to be able to go to the next level to complete in the sport that I love whilst continuing with good academics to get me prepared for my future.
