Mikala Shaw '26 Recruiting Profile

Hey coaches! My name is Mikala Shaw. I am a 5'10, right handed Middle Blocker but have played outside and right side when needed. I first started playing volleyball in 8th grade about a year after I moved to the U.S. from Bali, Indonesia where I was born and raised for 12 years. Volleyball has made a really big impact of my life, not even knowing the sport existed before moving. This sport pushes me to be the best person I can, whether it's on or off the court. Ever since I've started playing my goal has been to be able to play and compete at the highest level and continue to play the sport I love. I am a very up-lifting teammate and tend to bring a lot of positive energy on the court.
