Hello! My name is Savanah Renae Carr I come from a small town in Wyoming named Newcastle. I am my varsity’s team starting opposite hitter and working my way to become my team’s setter. I have a unique talent of being able to hit with my right and left hand due to being ambidextrous! I also have many goals and expectations set for myself. The goal I set high for myself is to be able to play the sport I love in college and become a coach in the near future. I’ve had this goal and dream since the 4th grade when I first started playing volleyball and it has always stuck with me. I am now in the 11th grade, and I still think about my goal and dreams of being a college volleyball player and sharing my love for the sport through coaching others one day. I am a team player and I’m always thinking about how I can benefit my team in any way whether that be changing my position on the court to bringing the team together when we’re falling apart. I also tend to reach for the stars even when they appear to be too far away, but I know with a strong mindset, dedication, support, and teamwork I can reach my expectations and goals that I have for myself while inspiring others to do the same!
