I have been wrestling since 7th grade and working out 5 times a week since then as well. I’m very motivated and goal-driven, and I take my schoolwork seriously apart from being a dedicated athlete. I‘ve always kept above a 3.8 unweighted GPA, regardless of practicing for 10-15 hours a week, and still doing extracurriculars including music and art. I've made it on the Dean's List with a GPA of 4.20 and received an award of excellence from Dr. Mario Capecchi, a 2007 Nobel Prize winner in Physiology, to be selected for The Congress of Future Medical Leaders in 2022. My plan is to major in Kinesiology as an undergraduate while continuing to pursue wrestling and go to graduate school for something medical-related.
