Alan (AJ) Kovacs '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a motivated, passionate athlete who is willing to and has made sacrifices in order to further both my education and athletic ability.  I have chosen to enhance my high school education and learning at Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, NY as it aligns perfectly with my educational, emotional, and compassionate demeanor.

I am looking to be an integral part of a premier Division I wrestling organization as I am an athlete who is not afraid to take risks while on the mat, and I always want to score.  I have consistently led my high school team in most wins, most near falls, and most reversals.  In addition, my takedown percentage is second to none.

I am continuing to grow and have a lot to learn.  I can be coached.  With the right fit and proper guidance, there is nothing I cannot achieve.
