I am junior at Rural Retreat High School and I have wrestled since first grade. The first time I realized that I wanted to be a college wrestler was in sixth grade. Our high school coach allows the middle school kids to practice with the high school kids. I seen their state championship pictures hanging on the walls and I knew that was what I wanted to do.
All of my wrestling career I have been told I have the best work ethic they have ever seen. I never stop wrestling until the whistle blows. My work ethic also goes into everything I do: my academics, LEO Club, FBLA, and all other activities I may do. That is why I have a 3.4 GPA and over half of my current schedule are advance placement and dual enrollment courses. I also made a 1060 on my SAT.
As well as a strong willed, I have taken place in many different extracurricular activities including LEO Club, FBLA, and in December attended the 37th annual Rotary Club Leadership Seminar at Virginia Tech.
