Personal Statement
My name is Bradley Nathaniel Belville. I go to Alexander High School in Albany Ohio. I have played football since 4th grade. I love football because it teaches you respect and discipline. One thing football has shown me about myself is that when I play football I'm not playing for myself, I play for my teammates on the field next to me, for my teammates on the sidelines, and for the people in the stands. For example during my junior year the seniors I played with became some of my greatest friends but during the final game of the season I broke my wrist, in the first quarter but we didn't have anyone to sub in for me so I played the entire game with a broken wrist. It was one of the worst pains I've had in my life but I stayed in for my teammates and my seniors because I didn't want to let them down. I know the value of respect. I believe respect is earned through hard work, not by how good you are but by how hard you work. And through college I hope to earn respect from many.
