Aiden Cantey '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aiden Cantey, and I am a junior at Eagan High School, a 4A school in the suburbs of St. Paul, MN.

Academically, I have a 2.8 GPA (unweighted) while taking AP Math, AP Computer Science and Honors Biology. I plan to major in computer science, engineering or math and I am committed to maintaining a high standard of academic excellence while pursuing my passion for baseball.

In terms of baseball, I was the starting 2B my sophomore year for EHS, competing in one of the strongest conferences in the state, the South Suburban Conference. Additionally, I train year round and play SS and RHP for Blizzard Elite Baseball, where we participate in highly competitive national tournaments, and I anticipate that I will play those positions as a junior at EHS. My dedication to improving my game, particularly on defense, has been a significant focus, and I spend a great deal of time every day in the batting cage, but I believe my greatest potential lies in pitching, where I have consistently performed well.

I did not pitch this summer due to elbow soreness but I am fully healthy and ready to compete on the mound in 2025.
