2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I leave my house at 5:30am to train with a personal trainer, am at school at 8:30, and head to a running coach or batting coach after school. I study a lot to keep my A average in all of my classes, especially my AP classes. My course load is heavy but I am enjoying it. I wake up at 5:30 am on Sundays to volunteer at my church. We are planting a new location and each Sunday we move cabinets, signs, and equipment into a school that we are able to use for that day.
I am dedicated, focused, & respectful. My goal is to play baseball in college. I love the game and I am most comfortable on the field. I am bigger, faster, and stronger than last year and my exit velo went from the 70’s to over 90. I led my team in doubles and RBI’s last year. I started with a new batting coach June 2023 and my swing is much better. I’m looking forward to my senior season where I plan to break some records.
