My name is Peter Bowden and I am a nationally top-ranked 4.5 star long snapper (Rubio Long Snapping ranked #11) in the class of 2019 at Francis Parker High School, a private, college-preparatory school in San Diego, California. My recent achievements include an average 15-yard snap speed of .705 and earning a TOP 12 CAMP invite from Rubio Long Snapping.
My collegiate goal is to attend a university with strong academic offerings where I can pursue my interest in economics or a business-related field, and a competitive football program where I can contribute as an impact player on special teams.
My athletic goals for the 2018 season are to continue adding size and increasing my overall snap speed. Academically, I am challenging myself to raise my cumulative GPA and to pursue taking additional AP courses during my senior year.
In addition to football, I play on the varsity baseball team and have a junior black belt in free-style martial arts.

- Finished 2nd in charting and 3rd overall. Bowden is someone that needs to be on every programs radar. He recently attended the Kohl’s Western Showcase and displayed how good he truly is. Bowden has great size and demonstrated the ability to snap with power and control. He scored on all but one of his long snaps and finished with a .67 second snap time. Bowden is very impressive and has the potential to be a snapper for a very long time at the highest level.

- INVITED TO TOP 12 RUBIO LONG SNAPPING CAMP in July 2018. Average 15-yard snap speed: .705/RSI 42.25. Bowden did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Love how hard Bowden snaps the ball. He really holds nothing back and it is great to watch. His ball hovers in the low .7s and he can even dip into the .6s when he really drives his upper body through to the punter. He is a very smooth Long Snapper with massive upside. Slight adjustments (driving through when snapping and lowering his center of gravity on his feet) will push up even farther. Bowden is VERY good and headed towards absolutely dominant. Time for him to win a camp and crush all pressure.

- Peter Bowden was the top 2019 Long Snapper in attendance and absolutely rockets the ball and displays confidence with his speed. He has a solid frame and moves well down the field.

- 4.5/5 Star Rated Long Snapper -- Bowden was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 29, 2017. His hands are very quick and he has solid starting form. I really like how powerful his hands are and how he gets the ball out of the gate so well. Like to see Bowden focus on leading with his elbows, and bending them a bit, to create more whip and speed on the ball. He can hit in the mid to high .7s and with more elbows, he could be consistently in the low .7s by VEGAS XXXI in January. Kid can fly downfield and is definitely a factor on the punt coverage team. Not thinking so much will also help move him up the rankings. Upside is off the charts for Bowden and he is definitely one to watch.

- Highest RSI (56.76)/Third Place Overall -- Bowden did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in CA on July 27, 2017. He has a very good frame and definitely has the ability to snap the ball at the next level. Bowden hovers in the high .7s to low .8s and shows excellent accuracy as noted with his RSI being over 50! Form is very good and he is already using his body very well. Love to see him focus on leading with his elbows to gain more whip on his arms which will lead to more speed on the ball. He, undoubtedly, will be snapping consistent punt snaps under .75 by the fall camp in CA and definitely at VEGAS XXXI. Potential is off the charts for Bowden and he could easily take a TOP 12 spot in January if he snaps the way I know he can at VEGAS XXXI. Major jump in the rankings. Watch him closely.

- Bowden recently attended the Kohl's National Scholarship Camp and snapped with power and consistency. He scored on 7 of his 12 long snaps during the charting portion of camp. He has a large frame and is very coordinated for his age. Bowden is an exciting prospect to watch in the 2019 class.

- 4/5 Star Rated Long Snapper -- Peter had another good charting day at the NCS San Diego event. He snaps a very good ball and is very consistent. I would like him to snap a little bit faster but that will come with body maturity and some small adjustments to his form. Overall I really like what he does and should progress well to being a college snapper
