Some form of cardio followed by weights training, Bench Press and Squat are major two, hit abs after every day. Monday - Thursday
Baseball Workouts

Hour of Throwing, Stretching, Running, and Agility drills after school. Monday - Thursday

Extra strength training, hit back as much as chest, superset most leg day workouts, Saturday - Sunday.
