I started playing flag football as a youth. This year, I decided to join my middle school football team to bring my skills to a different level. When spring rolled around, I followed a friend to baseball tryouts. The coach encouraged me to try out. I had no experience in baseball so I was surprised when I made the team. The coach was impressed with my height, willingness to learn, and my ability to be very coachable. I have learned that being a part of a team is like a brotherhood that takes the whole team to win or lose. It takes everyone working hard and doing their best. Also, I have learned I can do anything I put my mind to, and trying new things empowers me.
I have always had good grades. During my school career, I have received awards in Math, English, Reading, and my star testing. I know college can be rigorous and it takes sacrifice, dedication, and working hard to be successful. I have been personally invited to some elite football camps for the summer of 2024 that I will be joining. In December 2024, I was personally invited to the Next Level Classic that I will be attending.
What sets me apart from my peers is that I am coachable, a good listener, pay attention to detail, learn from others, and am well-liked by my peers. I have a personal trainer who played in college and was an NFL Prospect. He understands my drive, my goals, and mentors me.
I want to attend college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the football field. I am open to all positions and opportunities on the field and in the classroom. I also, want to find the right college that matches the highest level of competition possible. I hope to play college football and get drafted into the NFL after college.
