Chloe Young '23 Recruiting Profile

Left Foot as dominant as the right.  I am a rising Senior (2023) from a small town in Kentucky. I believe that I have what it takes to play this beautiful game at an elite level.  I have the capability to anticipate plays, facilitate the ball, and create opportunities for my team. I am dependable, hardworking, and coachable. I know what it means to put in the hard work, and I am committed to doing so. 

On my high school team, I play a variety of roles. While my primary position is attacking midfield, I am often asked to play the  7, 11  and 6 positions  on both my club and high school team.  My coach often tells me that I am the most versatile player and can be used anywhere that is needed. I have been named All-Conference, All-District, All-A tournament team, and NCKC  Player of the Week 2x..  I am most proud of my high school team for making it to Regionals for the first time in our school history, which was a monumental day for our ten-year girl´s program. I am the all-time Assist  Leader and All-Time Scorer for the Carroll County Lady Panthers with 51 career goals, 31 being from this season.

While juggling club soccer, high school soccer, basketball, track, and taking college dual credit classes, I have managed an average weighted GPA of 4.55. I am currently first in my class at Carroll County High School.  I was also named as a Kentucky Governor Scholar Alternate this spring. I believe that I uphold the characteristics that would be an asset to any elite college program in both in the classroom and on the field.
