Reginald Basley, II '16 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a Senior at Fort Dorchester High school in North Charleston, South Carolina. I started my football career as a running back, winning my first championship at age 10. And post-season championship at age 12. I went on to win two more by middle school including a State Championship and All-Star Honors. Finally, as the only DB to start all fifteen games for the Fort Dorchester Patriots, I helped my team complete a 15-0 season. We went on to become the reigning 4-A Region VIII Champions and the State Champions. As a pure athlete, I am versatile enough to play any position. During my first 3 years playing high school football, I played on both the offensive and defensive teams which afforded me the opportunity of learning multiple positions. Currently, I am focused on improving my knowledge of the game of football improving and enhancing my performances in football and track and Field. I am a member of my high school BETA Club and I currently have a 3.2 GPA. I intend to attain my bachelor’s degree and continue to my education via graduate school. I believe that I would be an asset to any team. I look forward to playing football on a collegiate level.
