Bryson Parker '24 Recruiting Profile

I live in a small community that gives me the opportunity to be involved in multiple sports and activities.  I am very driven to use my athletic ability to achieve my goal of playing college golf.  

I have competed on the Varsity level all three years of High School.  In three years, I have been involved in four sports and have had success in each of them.   On the football field, I was the starting quarterback my sophomore and junior year.  In two years as starting quarterback, I have been named All Conference as junior and Honorable Mention All Conference as a sophomore.  In basketball, I have started all three seasons.  I lead the team in scoring as a freshman and sophomore and have been named All Conference all three seasons.  I played baseball my freshman year and was also named All Conference with a batting average over .400.

My true passion is on the golf course.  My junior year, I had 4 wins with a 2nd place finish at the 2A Regional and 10th place finish at the 2A State Championship.  My sophomore year, I won at Woodward and was the low score at the Class 2A Qualifier.   My freshman year, I won two tournaments (Buffalo and Woodward).  I am playing this summer on the Oklahoma Junior Golf Association Tour and South Central Junior PGA.  I attended the Oklahoma State Cowboy Golf Camp at Karsten Creek in Stillwater Oklahoma in the summer of 2022 where I was named the Jim Hitch male camper of the first session.

In the classroom, I am a 4.0 student and am part of the Student Council.  I am also heavily involved in my schools FCA and in our local Methodist Youth group.  I strive to be the best I can be in the classroom, in the community, and on the athletic field.  I am looking for a college and golf program that can help me achieve all of the goals that I set for myself on and off the golf course.
