Emerson Emery '16 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college is to get a good education in order to get a better chance for a job in the real world. Everyone knows how hard it is to get a job a days. My dream was always to play collegiate hockey and that has been my mindset for many years now. I think that I would be good for the team because along with my tough side I am a perfectionist, if you will, on the defensive side of the puck. I can also add offensive when called upon. Another plus I can bring to the table is the fact that through my career I have always been liked in the locker room and I always have an uplifting and positive voice on or off the ice. I have put in a lot of work for years. For two consecutive summers I attended Shattuck St. Mary's hockey camp in Faribault Minnesota. I also received the most offensive player of the year for my High School team my sophomore and junior year along with rookie of the year for my freshman year. I think i can make a huge difference on and off the ice for the team. My grades can get me where I want to be along with my hockey skills. I think I would be a great fit.
