Since a young age, soccer has been the driving force in my life. I was born to immigrant parents in Canada. I have proudly held the position of a starting member in the division one team of the esteemed Langley United Soccer Association (LUSA) for several years. Additionally, I have been an integral part of my school's soccer team, where our collective efforts have led us to multiple tournament victories. These experiences have honed my technical skills and instilled in me the values of teamwork, determination, and perseverance. As I stand at the threshold of my future, I aim to continue pursuing my passion for soccer at the collegiate or university level. This opportunity will allow me to immerse myself in the game I love while simultaneously exploring new aspects of life and broadening my horizons.

Determined, coachable, disciplined, helpful, funny, social, and hard-working are my characteristics as an individual and a soccer player. I believe these qualities will contribute to the success of a collegiate soccer program and aid in my personal growth and development. Throughout my soccer journey, I have understood that individual efforts alone do not achieve success. It is a collective effort that thrives on collaboration and camaraderie. I take immense pleasure in being a team player, supporting and motivating my teammates to achieve their best. Whether through a well-timed assist or injecting humour into tense situations, I strive to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere both on and off the field. Beyond the realm of soccer, I recognize the significance of academic achievement. I have maintained a consistent record as an A/B student throughout my school years. This demonstrates my commitment to excellence not only in sports but also in the classroom. I understand the value of discipline, time management, and perseverance in achieving academic success, qualities that also translate into my performance on the soccer field. Balancing the demands of athletics and academics has been my priority. I believe that the same dedication and work ethic I bring to soccer will enable me to excel in my college studies.
