At an early age I became interested in soccer while living in England. I have been playing soccer since I was four years old. Since I was eight I've played club soccer with additional interest in off season activities in futsal, 3v3 and indoor soccer. I have always loved competing in this sport and wish to continue playing at a higher level. I realize the amount of dedication and commitment this requires and I would love to prove my contribution as an asset on a college level team.
In my evaluation my coaches listed me in the excellent to above average category in my technical skill, attack tactics, physical and psychological development and in defensive tactics with areas of improvement in developing my strength on the field. I have worked at increasing my strength by working out with weights in the off season.
In addition to my soccer skills, I have developed leadership skills through my involvement in Boy Scouts of America. I earned my Eagle Scout at the end of eighth grade and my Varsity Denali at the end of my Sophomore year. Leadership on the field is a key component. I play with a level head and do not get emotional from a bad call. I was not a team captain at the start of the season but I was selected to be a co-captain throughout my junior season.
