Benny Martinez '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Benedicto Martinez, I'm 13 and I graduate high school in 2026. For my my long term collegiate goals and aspirations are to become a professional soccer player and play in the Premier League, also to play for the Mexican National Team. Soccer is my passion and I loved playing this sport ever since I was little. Also I know grades are important for collages and to become a person in life, and i've been getting all A's in school and I would want to maintain these A's in high school and in collage. Along with my passion for soccer, I also have a passion for playing in a top level with much competitive competition.  

What makes me a good candidate for an team is that I'm a very good listener and always give 100% in what I am told to do. I would stay in a good shape and continue to improve because practice doesn't make perfection, practice makes improvement. Practicing only makes you better and better, not perfect since everyone has room for improvement. I'm also a good communicator with my teammates and don't fool around during practice. Whenever people are fooling around, I don't join in, I do what my coaches or coach tells me to do since they are the ones that will help me improve.

What makes me different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics is I'm a strong leader on the field with good communication. I make sure we use what we learn from our practices. I am very strong and always like to challenge myself. I go for the ball and if I lose I go and try to get it back. I have a very strong kick. Amazing finishing. Great shots. Nice placement.  I can lower the ball very nicely and smoothly. I have a great touch. I can make great chances with amazing assists. I have good crosses. I get straight A's in school. I get letters of recommendation from my teachers. And I get academic awards.
