Personal Statement
Due to the current circumstances of the COVID pandemic and the uncertainty of what will happen in the fall 2021, I have decided to focus on my education and attend my local community college.
Old statement:
I first became interested in playing organized sports when I was 6. Since then, I have participated in baseball, football and basketball offered by various recreation, school, travel and private programs. Through all of these experiences, I have learned the importance of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. My involvement in these sports has also provided me numerous opportunities to work with younger children and be a role model. It is my goal to become a member of a program that fits me athletically as well as academically. I am confident that I possess the character, work ethic and talent to compete with a college team and make a positive contribution.
