The most important performance is in the field. What really matters is how we play as a (one) team im the filed. In one hand your heart and in the other you’re ferocity. All the team dinners and  love with everyone outside the pitch is important , but nothing like being in the pitch. Once the game starts all of that stays outside. Its  everyone at its 100% , focused and ready  to run all game and leave it all no matter the result. I believe in the “oneness “ and the more together we can become  the better performance we could have . With everyone on the same mindset  we will reach our next highest potential as a member and a team, wich the  member is the team and the team the member so we pull everyone up.
