Bella has mainly played center forward and defender (mainly at center back). Her speed, strength, and fitness are her main assets, and her ability to win 50/50 balls sets her apart no matter what position she plays. She has good field vision and a strong shot, and is not afraid to get her head on the ball. She plays for the Albion Hurricanes U18/U19 ECNL Comp team and is one of the starting center backs. She is an excellent teammate, and is a vocal leader on and off the field.
During her most recent high school tryouts in November 2019 she was timed at 4.82 seconds in the 40 yard dash and 12.34 seconds in the 100 yard dash. She regularly runs a mile in around 6:15. As a freshman, she was one of the starting center backs on the Cinco Ranch varsity team, and the team won their region and lost in the state semi-finals in a PK shootout. As a sophomore, she was once again one of the starting center backs, and made first team all-district.
Bella is a very goal-oriented player and she can do whatever the coaching staff asks her to do. She played forward for the whole season two years ago and led the team in scoring. She would be an asset to any college program.
