I am a 5’ 8” shortstop and catcher from Hermiston, Oregon I graduate in the year 2023. Ever since I started playing softball when I was 8 years old it has been the most important thing in my life. I have such a strong passion for this sport. As I get older my love for softball continues to grow. It is so much more than just a sport to me, I have grown and learned so many things from playing softball. I have met new people who push me, I have learned what work ethic is, and I would not be the person I am today without softball. My ability to persevere, my optimism, and learning to be a leader are all qualities I have acquired from playing the sport I love the most. The more I play softball and the more I learn, the stronger these qualities get and the more qualities I gain. I wholeheartedly aspire to have the opportunity to continue my softball career at the next level.
Academics are just as important to me as athletics are. I would like to join NHS and other extracurricular programs in high school. I also plan to keep a very high GPA and would like to help other students with their education. I believe this will help lead me to my ultimate goal of being a nurse.
I am extremely driven and I have very high expectations for myself, I plan to achieve all of the goals I have for myself. I love helping others and being a leader. I believe and understand that a team works as one. I also know that playing at the next level takes dedication and work. I will not only be an elite athlete, but I will be an elite student and person. I will represent your team and university in a positive way in all aspects.
