As a passionate cross-country and track athlete, I've developed a strong work ethic and discipline that has helped me excel both on and off the field. Through my training and competition, I've learned the importance of perseverance and teamwork, and I'm constantly pushing myself to improve my performance. My experiences in cross country and track have instilled in me a deep appreciation for the value of hard work, and I'm excited to take these skills and apply them to my future endeavors.

Throughout my high school years, I've been deeply committed to my studies and to pursuing my passion for exercise science. My coursework in biology, anatomy, and physiology has given me a solid foundation in scientific principles that underlie human movement and performance. In addition, my experience as a varsity athlete has taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. As I look to the future, I'm excited to continue exploring the fascinating field of exercise science.
