Being homeschooled and taking classes at Northern Virginia Community College has provided me valuable experience in balancing challenging academics with my love of basketball, as well as my other responsibilities as a sister to seven siblings, flower shop employee, trumpet player...among other things! I hope to be able to continue my hard work in the classroom and on the court while in college. While I have not had the access to play at the bigger public schools or the resources to join more active club teams, I am confident in my ability to compete and my capacity to grow. I look forward to the challenge!
