Mary Giblin '26 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. I have been playing lacrosse since I was in the 2nd grade and consider it my passion. I am a Midfielder who can play Defense and Attack very well. For my 2023 school season, I was one of two Freshman selected to play at the varsity level. When not playing lacrosse for my school or club team, I play soccer for my high school's varsity soccer team and this year ran varsity indoor track for my high school's track team. I decided to run indoor track for conditioning purposes, but have ended up loving it and have had a number of personal records. For the 2022/2023 indoor track season, I ran the 1500 and 45-yard dash, and went to New York State Qualifiers for the 45-yard dash. I have once again qualified for New York State Qualifiers in indoor track for the 55-yard dash and with my 4x200 relay team. I will compete with the best runners in New York State in February 2024. Although I am successful at soccer and indoor track, lacrosse is my #1 sport and I aspire to play and learn at an amazing college. I am dedicated and never give-up.
