Personal Statement
I started playing lacrosse in the 1st grade as an attack until my 7th grade year when my club team needed a defensive pole. Since that day, defense has become my love. I was named captain of my club team, made the Adidas All-State team for the Northeast, and invited to play on the Powell National USA team. My strengths that I feel that I could bring to any program is my work ethic on and off the field and most importantly my leadership abilities. Good communication with teammates and coaching staff is important for not only my success, but the team as a whole and I strive to make sure that is a key part of my game.
Academically I finished my freshman year with a 3.8 GPA. I joined the National Key Club at school this year to volunteer at many local events throughout the year and give back to the community I live in.
I continue to focus on being a good student, person, athlete, leader and most important a good son to my parents who do so much for me. My goal is to academically have the ability to get a college scholarship and working hard to possibly have additional scholarship opportunities through lacrosse.
