Josie Scott '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Josie Scott and I am very interested in playing lacrosse at the collegiate level whether it’s Division I, II, or III. I understand there are many talented 2025 midfielders competing for a spot on your roster, but I believe my academic competitiveness, grit, leadership, and hustle is what sets me apart from the competition. This year, I received awards/honors for all region second team midfield, sportsmanship, and the highest GPA on the team. In addition to lacrosse, I play varsity field hockey as a midfielder. I am involved with many clubs such as SCA, President of Surfrider Foundation, Operation Smile, Leadership Workshop Staff, and National Honor Society. Adding to my extracurriculars, I also take many rigorous courses. As a freshman I completed AP Human Geography and this year I completed AP European History. Next year as a junior, I plan to complete AP Environmental Science, AP Calculus, AP English, and Dual Enrollment History. Throughout my academic career I strive for nothing less than an A and have maintained a 4.0 unweighted GPA.
