I have not decided what I would like to major in during college but I do know that I am really good at helping people. I am diligent with classroom work and assignments and I am best at writing. I am leaning toward a sports related major but have also considered psychology. I am a natural leader and a quick learner. I am an asst. coach for a U-12 girls travel team in my town and I have connected well with all of the girls. As a player, I have a strong presence on the field and can read plays well so that I can move rapidly to stop a play in progress. I am extremely coachable and pick up skills quickly. I rapidly retain and understand plays and skills. On a team I usually take a role as a leader but also fit well as a team player. I have little patience for drama and blend well with a variety of personalities. On the field I am a thoughtful and level headed player.
Although my academic goals are still changeable I do know that I will want an advanced degree and will not stop at a Bachelors. I am at this point leaning toward Physical therapy but am still considering a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I would like to have an opportunity to continue at my school for an advanced degree.
Athletically I have been extremely fortunate to be able to train with Rudy Meredith of Yale. Coach Meredith treats his club team and his college team the same way. I am already familiar with the expectations surrounding college play. Where ever I end up playing expectations of diligence and 100% effort will not be alien to me.

“We are very deep in talent, as I play 16 to 17 girls in my rotation pretty comfortably. Defensively, we've been really solid, led by two juniors, defensive center midfielder, Maddie Murdick, and my center back, Elli Spring. They have led a defense that has allowed a league-best six goals.” D.Fowler
Finishing up the 2014 regular season undefeated. #1 in our division, and Berkshire league champions. Honorable mention to the Regional ALL-Berkshire League team first year as a varsity player. Lost in the Class M semi-finals in overtime 1-2 East Catholic. Who went on to take the title. Our team finished first in our bracket at the NPL tournament in Palm Coast Fla.
