Julia Cummings '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I’m Julia Cummings, a 2027 soccer player from Naugatuck, CT. I play center back or anywhere in the midfield for Naugatuck High School and Valley FC 2009 and 2008 teams. I’ve been playing soccer since I was four years old and even got the nickname ‘wheels’ for my speed. Soccer has helped shape who I am—on and off the field and has had a big impact on my life.

I’m a team player who brings focus, effort, and positive energy every time I step on the field. I take pride in being coachable and am always willing to fix my mistakes. I’m a driven athlete who puts in extra work and stays disciplined in training and in school. I push myself in the classroom as I take all AP and honors classes with a GPA of 4.45.

My goal is to play at the college level while earning a great education. I’m looking for a program where I can contribute and grow. I want to keep improving myself to be the best that I can be.
