Sydney Hallenberg '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sydney Hallenberg and I am in the 2024 class at Affton High School in St. Louis, MO. I love soccer and have been playing since I was six years old. It is my dream to play at the college level. I am a very strong defensive player as center back is my primary position; however, I have played every position except goalie which has helped me understand different views of the field and prepared me to excel anywhere on the field. 

My strengths include: I am fast, good with both feet, and have a strong kick. I am a smart player on and off the ball. I make good passes and runs and I anticipate plays both offensively and defensively. 

I carry myself with a positive attitude and I always strive to improve as a player and a person. I am very coachable and not afraid to ask questions. I hope to find a college team where I can continue enjoying soccer while pursuing my academic goals.
