Personal Statement

My name is Anna Gordon and I will be graduating in 2017 from Hurricane High School, Hurricane, WV.  My Freshman year and Junior year,  I was named All-State in cross country with a 7th place finish each year.  During my two state track meets I was on a 1st and 2nd place 4x800 relay. 1st and 4th place in the 800m individual. 2nd in the 400 m individual run. I am a student council officer majoring in business and a member of DECA. I am hoping to run track and field while attaining a quality education. I am a unique runner with the ability to win in the 200M to a 5K.
