Dear Coach,
My name is Kailey Walker and I am a junior at Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. I am a 5’11” setter and running our 5-1 offense. Katy Daly ([email protected]) is our head coach and I have learned so much from her about my all-around game and leading our team. I currently have a 3.75 GPA and my schedule includes Honors English, Precalculus, and IB Business. It is my goal to play volleyball at a Division I school after graduating in June 2020. I have not decided what subject I would like to major in, but I am interested in Criminal Justice or Law, and I expect to be successful in whatever I choose.
This club season I will be playing for Coach Tuan Nguyen on the Laguna Beach 17-1’s team. I’m looking forward to working hard and helping my team to become the best team possible. We had our first SCVA tournament on December 9 and went 3-0, but still have much work to do. We will be attending three JNQ’s including Colorado Crossroads, Red Rock Rave, and the Northeast Qualifier in the 17’s Open division.
