I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Round Rock, TX at the age of four.  I started playing volleyball in third grade and never looked back.  For me, nothing brings out the joy of teamwork and competition like it!  I played on my middle and high school teams and made top club teams for the last six years.  I have played middle blocker, outside hitter and right side hitter.

As an athlete, I strive to respect my coaches and trust their judgement, to encourage my teammates and work hard to make us better,  and to celebrate victories and learn from failures.  As a student, I work just as hard and challenge myself with tough classes.  I have also traveled on mission trips to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Chicago, I love to sing and I enjoy serving in my community through my church and school organizations.   

My parents taught me to love God and serve others and I know that has blessed me in every area of my life.  My three brothers taught me not to take myself too seriously and how to have someone's back.  I will graduate in 2020 and I hope for a college experience that will continue to develop my character, encourage my spiritual growth and prepare me for a fulfilling career.  Nothing would make me happier than volleyball being a central part of that experience.
