Brandon Newton '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brandon Newton, and I’m a future 2022 graduate at Round Rock High School.  I’ve been playing baseball most of my life.  At the plate, I hit for contact and power.  If there’s a runner on base, you can bet that I will do whatever it takes to bring that run in for the team.  I usually play the outfield corners, but you can also find me at 2nd base on occasions.  I currently lead my Action 17U-Bell team in extra base hits, stolen bases, OBP, OPS, slugging, RBIs, and runs scored.  I rank second on my team in hits and in batting average.  My exit velo with aluminum off the tee is up to 94 mph, and off BP is 96mph.  With a wood bat, my exit velo is 93mph.
Outside of baseball, I love the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.  If you can’t find me on the diamond, you can find me in the woods.
