Addison Richards '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Addison Richards, but on the field everyone calls me "Richie". I play travel ball for Fastpitch Academics Midwest (FAM) based in Greenwood, Indiana. I throw and bat right handed.  My primary position is Catcher but I also play 2nd Base and some outfield. I am a power hitter, known for collecting RBI's and advancing my teammates on the bases.  I hit in the three (3) spot. I will graduate in 2025 from Center Grove High School, which holds 7-state softball titles and 4-state runner up titles.  I am looking forward to playing for my high school team and making our community proud.  I love all aspects of the game of softball. I enjoy the challenges, both physical and mental. I am a good teammate who is dedicated, disciplined, hard-working, a leader on and off the field, and coachable. I successfully balance multiple sports while achieving academic excellence. I am excited to further my education and continue to play the sport I love most, all in preparation for the biggest game.....LIFE!
