Olivia Standish '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Olivia Standish and I am a softball pitcher hoping to compete in college. I have been playing softball since second grade and I've been pitching since third grade. I am part of the Rivers School class of 2027 and I've been a varsity starter since freshman year, when I came to Rivers. Besides pitching, I also rotate through the outfield. I have always been a very vocal member on all of my teams, including town ball, school ball, club ball, and even cross country. I love to make friends with people and to build strong connections on and off the field. I love to help others improve and I love to work hard to help myself improve. I am very focused and driven, whether in sports or academically. Softball has been one of the most consistent things in my life for so long and I don't want to stop playing once I graduate high school, so I'm working to find the best school for me so that I can continue to play and get a good education.
