Hi! My name is Abby Kozo, and I am a rising junior at Metuchen High School in Metuchen, New Jersey. I was born on June 27, 2005. I am a left-handed pitcher for NJ Intensity, who is 5'11" and weighs 145 lbs. I also play first base and all three outfield positions (center field, most often). I started playing softball when I was 5 years old, and this is my seventh year playing club/travel ball. I was a starter on my high school team this past spring as a sophomore (pitched, mostly), and I made my high school varsity team as a freshman, but we we were unable to play because of COVID-19. I am a great team player who always puts her teammates before herself and cheers everyone else on. I have been told by a number of coaches that I am a leader and very coachable. I am also a very good student, who has a 4.29 GPA and takes all honors and AP classes. I take school very seriously and put academics first. I want to go to a college that fits my academic needs and would also love to play softball there, if possible. Thanks for taking the time to learn about me!
