Haven Honea '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a versatile, strong, and focused athlete with a never-say-die attitude. I love playing both offensive and defensive positions, and will do whatever is needed to help my team. What sets me apart from other talented players are my intangibles--my commitment, work ethic, attitude, competitive spirit, and character--and, as my club coach says, I have "heart." I am always working to improve my game and my goal is to play soccer in college and beyond.

I began playing when I was 3 and soccer has given me the opportunity to develop important skills on and off the field, make great friendships, and has helped me overcome some pretty big challenges in my life. I hope to always be able to give back to the sport I love. 

I am looking for the right fit--to play for a school that not only strives to build a winning culture and successful team, but also encourages personal growth and supports me as a whole person, particularly my commitment to my faith, family, and academics. I am excited to learn more about your program!
