My passion for volleyball started young and since then it has always been a part of my life. I'm very self-motivated, and always strive to play my hardest on the court. I set high goals/standards for myself, love being challenged, and enjoy learning new things. I am currently taking Honors Algebra 2 (junior class), Honors Biology, and 10th Grade English while maintaining a 4.00 GPA. This year I made Varsity as a freshman, playing as a defensive specialist, setter, and opposite. I am a very versatile player and can play any position. My main position is setter (hitting opposite in the front row), but occasionally I play outside and defensive specialist as well. By training, both during-season and off-season, I am pushing myself to become a better player all around. Every day I work on strength, agility, jumping, and positional exercises.
I have always aspired to play volleyball in college and committing would be a dream come true. My goals for college are playing competitive volleyball, studying, and receiving a bachelor's degree in criminology/criminal justice and psychology. I later see myself pursuing criminal studies and working in the FBI, or continuing to play volleyball. I love chasing my dreams and accomplishing my goals. I always strive to be the best person I can be by volunteering, helping people out and lifting my teammates up on and off the court.
