Sophia Volk '18 Recruiting Profile

I hope to play somewhere that will make me better and more rounded as a player and somewhere where there is some competitiveness.  I think what makes me a good player is that I have played from every position. Right Side my freshman year on varsity,  Middle my sophomore year and Middle/Outside my junior year. I play all around, on my school team mainly as a Middle. Playing back row but being a hitter as well has helped me read the other team and know my spots on the court. I am very smart about the game of volleyball so with my skill and my knowledge of the game has helped me hugely in the game.  Academics aren't always my strong suit but I do try hard and study. When I am interested in what I'm studying I do seem to excel in that certain area, I try hard and I make good decisions. So consider me and you won't regret it!
