Jayden Robinson '25 Recruiting Profile

What makes me a good candidate for your team is having drive and hunger. I am a 6’6 all round athlete with a 6’11 wingspan. Im able to guard 1-5 and play 1-4. I am good at pushing the ball down hill on a fast break and throwing outlet passes to start fast breaks. I can do much more with than just score even though I can beat my man off the dribble and attack the rim, rise up for a midrange, or score off the post. I am a good facilitator, I am skilled at making the defense collapse and hiring the open man. Especially on a drive and kick situation. I have good footwork also, I know how to jump stop and pivot efficiently where I can creat a shot for my teammates or myself. I am also very athletic and explosive, I am very lengthy which helps me play the passing lanes and get steals and deflections. With the soft touch I have I finish around the rim well with a good midrange. One of my main motivations is bringing my mom back to the U.S, long story short my mom was deported back to Haiti when I was 3 years old and my dad told me I have the opportunity to bring her back. I also want to provide for my family in Brooklyn, New York and I want to get my dad out the truck as a thank you for all of his sacrifices for me and him living together by ourselves.
