My aspirations are to be the best I can be when I get older. I want to get very far in life and have a great paying job while enjoying the sport I love to do. When your teammates decide not to step up and someone be a leader, someone has to do it. You don't have to boss them around, you just have to have the mentality of " We are not gonna lose without giving up a fight ". You cannot fail at something that you haven't tried doing yet, you make mistakes once you try, if you don't try, you have no way of knowing how to do it the correct way.
