Currently NCSA has 4199 active high-school Women's Lacrosse athletes, and each one of these potential recruits can easily connect with 749 coaches at 382 colleges and universities across the nation that offer Women's Lacrosse athletic scholarships.  Overall, NCSA has assisted over 13048 Women's Lacrosse athletes during their search for athletic scholarships and turning their dreams of earning a degree while playing in college sports a reality.   Ever since 2000, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect promising, high school Women's Lacrosse athletes with college coaches throughout the U.S.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, the NCSA team begins helping students improve their chances of competing in college sports by teaching them about the recruiting process and taking the essential steps to enhance their visibility and reputation among college Women's Lacrosse coaches and scouts.  Earning a Women's Lacrosse scholarship to college was once a full-time job for those new to the recruiting process, but today this essential journey can be guided by the recruitment experts at NCSA.   Student athletes wanting to use NCSA to aid them in their search for a Women's Lacrosse scholarship need to first create their free profile. Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Women's Lacrosse coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will perform a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Lacrosse scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with appropriate Women's Lacrosse programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to ensure coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him through every step of the recruiting process.
