Most kids first words were mom and dad. Mine were "bat" and "ball". I know that playing in college is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I have always shown that I will put in the work to get those dreams off the pillow.
I have elite, offensive, defensive, and pitching characteristics and I am a 2 way player. Also, I have grit, and mental toughness, not getting phased by making mistakes. I am a team leader and try to push my teammates to their goals along with mine. I lead the stretches before games and practices. I am very coachable and always willing to try new things coaches tell me.
I work hard year round on my baseball skills. In the spring I play for my high school varsity baseball team. In the summer I play travel ball. Summer of 2022 I played for Marucci Elite Texas, in Texas. Summer of 2023 I played for Zoots baseball club, in Northern California and I've been honored to now return and play for Zoots 2024 17U for Jon Zuber. The fall and winter I maintain my skills while lifting in the weight room at Gamespeed Sports Performabce in Concord, CA which all contributes to my overall dedication to the game. I am one of the hardest working players you'll find.
I am an Eagle Scout and in the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA (3.7). I have also played tennis all my life and was the club champion multiple times. I play golf as well I am a 10 handicap. I also volunteer at local youth baseball camps along with my volunteer work at my Church, Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church.
I want to go to a college where I can challenge myself in the classroom and on the baseball field. I am open to all options and want to find the right college which lets me play at the highest level of competition possible, while also being an academic fit. I hope to become someone who makes a great impact in many peoples life’s around me and to make my younger self proud of what we have accomplished.
