Kyle Cresci '14 Recruiting Profile

Baseball has always been my passion from the time I was a young boy.  I have two older brothers who I watched play baseball from the time I was a toddler and all I wanted to do was get on the field and compete.  I started playing baseball at an early age and my love of the game has only grown.  While playing little league I was instrumental in leading my team as a pitcher and outfielder to the NJ state finals.   It was then I knew that I wanted to continue to improve my skills and be the best baseball player I could be.

I am currently a sophomore at Nutley High School. I am playing three high school sports, soccer, basketball and baseball. I played JV baseball as a freshman and I am currently on the varsity team. Baseball has always been my favorite sport and my aspiration is to continue playing it at the collegiate level while getting a quality education.  While I am in high school my goal is to be the best student and athlete I can be. I have made the honor roll for all three marking periods this year and will work hard to ensure that I make it for the final marking period.  I will continue playing baseball this summer with the NJ Seminoles and the American Legion teams.  I will be traveling to Fort Myers Florida in July for a tournament with the Seminoles.  My goal is to continue to apply myself both athletically and academically in the remainder of my high school years to achieve the goal of playing in college.
