July 2012My name is Ben Upton and I will be attending Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas this year. I am a 6'1 210 lbs. left handed hitting corner infielder who handles the bat well. Last year, I played Division 1 baseball at the University of Tennessee-Martin where I was named to the Freshman All-Conference team and also to the Louisville Slugger Freshman All American Team. I transferred from UTM to temporarily be closer to home. I will be looking for another Division 1 school to transfer to after this year, and I am willing to go out-of-state to any program that I believe is a right fit for me.
